Lead Generation Executive
We currently have openings at Bangalore, for International Business Development Executives for selling services to US, Canada & European markets.Preferably candidates who have prior experience in sales for international market / Outbound Sales / International BPO (Outbound), HR (RPO) .
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand the customers business and offer solutions.
- Be a self starter who is able to work within a team environment and independently.
Experience Levels - 1-7 years, with atleast 1 year relevant experience.
Job Description:
1) The candidate has to be mature and have a hunger for growth.
2) Business Development for US market/Hard core B2B Sales .Responsible for selling online marketing solutions to USA and Canada large enterprises.
3) The candidate will be expected to do new client acquisition through lead generation, follow up, negotiations of terms and conditions which will lead to the signing of contracts.
4) Aggressively making calls to prospective corporate clients.(Calling 20 - 30 prospects everyday)
5) Capable of understanding decision making and influencing factors and thus identify strategic and tactical opportunities for sales
6) Make presentations to clients and close sales.
7) Expertise to convert the prospects to close the deal.
8) Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
9) Follow up and closure to convert the prospects into long-term clients
*Work Shift -Monday through Friday 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST*
*Work Location - Indiranagar*
